Birth Doula Support: Starting at $1,600
As your birth doula, I walk beside you through one of life’s most profound transformations—pregnancy, labor, birth, and the sacred early days of postpartum. I offer grounded, continuous support rooted in compassion, evidence, and deep respect for your autonomy and vision. My care is personalized and trauma-informed, centered around your needs and your unfolding journey into parenthood.
We will meet 2–3 times (on average) during your pregnancy to dive into your birth preferences, explore comfort measures, discuss your rights and options in childbirth, prepare for labor, and craft a postpartum care plan that supports your recovery and transition. I’ll help you navigate information and choices so you feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
When it’s time to give birth, I’ll be by your side—offering hands-on comfort, encouragement, advocacy, and calm presence throughout labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. After birth, we will reconnect to process your experience, talk through feeding, and hold space for whatever your heart needs as you find your rhythm with your new baby.
You don’t have to do this alone. I am here to honor your process, uplift your power, and support your vision for a birth experience that feels truly your own.

The early days and weeks after birth are tender, raw, and transformative. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to nurture you as you nurture your baby—offering grounded, compassionate support tailored to your needs, your goals, and your rhythm.
Whether you need help with postpartum recovery, nourishment, infant feeding, emotional support, or creating calm in your home, I’m here to ease the transition. I bring a steady, supportive presence to hold space, offer guidance, and help you settle into this new season with more confidence and less overwhelm.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all care. This is wholehearted, hands-on support to help you feel held, heard, and capable as you find your way in parenthood.
